About The Classic
The Classic highlights one of Bucks County's more unique yet convenient courses, Bensalem Township Country Club. With a mixture of solid course management and do or die drives, Bensalem's risk versus reward layout features multiple challenging shots that will tempt all 128 golfer's in this four man scramble. The Classic features prizes for the longest drive and a closest to the pin competition on both the front and back nine's, a putting competition, and a one-club challenge. To go along with these competitions, there are top-8 lowest score prizes, 50/50, best dressed foursome, Beat the Pro Competition, and a Pushup Competition. With all of this, we are still searching for new features for the participants beyond the round of Golf, ball markers, waters, pretzels, and replenishment vouchers.

By participating in "The Classic" Golf Outing, hereinafter referred to as "the Event," you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

2. **Liability for Damages:** You, as a participant, agree to be solely responsible and liable for any damages or injuries you may cause during the Event. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to golf carts, golf course property, golf clubs, personal property, or any harm to other participants.
3. **Release of Liability:** You hereby release and discharge the organizers, sponsors, volunteers, and any affiliated parties of "The Classic" Golf Outing, as well as the golf course hosting the Event, from any and all liability for damages, injuries, or losses that may occur during the Event.
4. **Safety:** You are responsible for your own safety and the safety of others while participating in the Event. This includes following all golf course rules, safety guidelines, and any instructions provided by event officials.
5. **Conduct:** Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a responsible and sportsmanlike manner. Inappropriate or unsafe behavior may result in disqualification from the Event.
6. **Photography and Promotion:** By participating in the Event, you grant the organizers the right to use your name, likeness, photographs, and video footage for promotional and marketing purposes.
7. **Event Changes:** The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the Event schedule, format, or location if necessary.
8. **Agreement to Terms:** Your participation in "The Classic" Golf Outing constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not participate in the Event.
